What is this Test Report?

This document is an official radiocarbon (C14) test report issued by Beta Analytic Testing Laboratory, an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited facility. It evaluates the percentage of biobased carbon in the CXP material according to the ASTM D6866-20 standard. The test determines the ratio of carbon derived from natural plant or animal by-product sources versus synthetic petrochemical sources.

1. 100% Biobased Carbon Content

The analytical results officially confirm that CXP contains a 100% biobased carbon content as a fraction of total organic carbon. This indicates that the material is entirely sourced from plants or animal by-products. It confirms that the material did not contain any carbon from petrochemicals, coal, or other fossil sources.

2. Internationally Recognized ASTM D6866-20 Standard

The analysis was conducted using the internationally recognized ASTM D6866-20 Method B (AMS) standard. This standardized methodology uses the radiocarbon isotope to provide objective and globally trusted proof of the material's biobased composition, replacing obscure units of measure.

3. Verified Quality and Accuracy

The report includes a Quality Assurance evaluation where known-value reference materials were analyzed quasi-simultaneously with the unknowns. All quality assurance measurements successfully passed the acceptance tests within 2 sigma agreement, guaranteeing the strict accuracy and reliability of this 100% biobased carbon verification.
